Refunds

Any products that are in unused condition may be returned for a 100% refund (excluding shipping fees) within 30 days from the day the item is received. To start the return process please contact us or open a support ticket from the My Account page.

Cancellations

Any orders that show as Processing on your account can be canceled. To start the return process please contact us or open a support ticket from the My Account page.

Broken/Missing Items

If an item is missing from your subscription box or other order or damaged during the shipping process you must open a support ticket within 72 hours of delivery of your product to qualify for a replacement item. For damaged items please submit a photo and description of the damage along with your support  ticket.
