Munchies? Try the One-Minute Peanut Butter Cake

You don’t need A+ kitchen skills to cook up this delicious and fluffy peanut butter cake. All you need is one minute and a few things you probably already have in your kitchen.

 

Servings: One

Cake Ingredients: 

  • One egg (beaten)
  • 1 tablespoon of brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 tablespoons of peanut butter

Frosting Ingredients: 

  • 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of milk

Directions: 

Step 1: Whisk the egg, brown sugar, baking powder, peanut butter and flour in a bowl until combined.

Step 2: Pour the mixture into a greased ramekin. You may also use a coffee mug or a tea cup. Nuke it for 30 seconds in the microwave.

Step 3: Meanwhile, stir together the milk and powdered sugar. You may add more sugar to thicken the frosting as desired.

Step 4: Remove the cake from the container and pour frosting on top.

Step 5: Enjoy!

You can improve the basic recipe by adding a tablespoon of chocolate chips, raisins, or nuts!

    Holy fuck that looks delicious, I went ahead and made one of these right now. Added some carmel sauce on top. It was just as good as I was expecting. Make sure to keep at least a gallon of milk beside you while you eat to wash it down though.
